Tropica Wedding organizes ceremonies on villas you already rent in Phuket: we inspect the property, coordinate the function fee with the manager, set up wedding decor, and run the ceremony with photography. The organization package starts at 31,000 THB; villa rental, catering, and drinks are quoted separately.
Our English-speaking coordinator handles talks with the owner, decor setup, and the day's timeline. The base budget includes celebrant, bouquet, decor, one hour of photography, and 90 edited photos.
The format works well for a couple or a small group of guests: preparation, ceremony, photos, and dinner all happen on one property — no shuttling between hotel, beach, and restaurant.

Wedding organization on your villa
Send a link to your villa or its name and ceremony date. Within 1–2 days we run a quick venue audit: zoning for bride prep, arch, photos, and dinner, then send a quote and contract from Tropica Wedding.
On wedding day the team arrives early, sets up decor, and runs the program on the agreed timeline. The coordinator stays in touch with the villa manager and vendors while you spend time with guests.

General information
- Before decor setup the coordinator visits the villa: measures the pool or terrace area, checks power outlets for sound and lighting, and plans a safe route for arch and flower delivery.
- With the manager we agree setup and teardown windows, guest limits, music volume after 10 p.m., and the list of outside vendors — catering, DJ, videographer.
- We match decor to the architecture: a compact arch for a narrow sea-view terrace, a tent for a wide lawn, neutral tones for white minimalism, or warm colors for Bali style.
Zones on your rented villa
The day's program follows the villa's real spaces: prep in bedrooms, ceremony and group photos by the pool or on the terrace, dinner on the outdoor area the manager approves.

Banquet and drinks
Banquet and bar are not included in the 31,000 THB organization package. Once guest numbers are confirmed, we can arrange Tropica Wedding catering or agree a menu with the villa chef and manager.

Ceremony conditions
- Before paying the package, confirm function fee, deposit, and rules for outside vendors with the owner — the coordinator repeats this check during the venue audit.
- Setting up an arch or tent without written approval on premium villas often leads to fines and event cancellation.
- We plan decor delivery to avoid damage to marble steps, pool edges, and lawn — protective mats when needed.
- On wedding day the coordinator syncs catering, the villa manager, and the team on one shared timeline.
Venue rules
- The ceremony is symbolic: legal marriage registration in Thailand is arranged separately.
- On villas in Kamala, Kata, and Bang Tao, function fee, property deposit, and quiet hours are often mandatory — we confirm before you book the package.
- Bring your own food and alcohol only with written owner approval.
- For open terraces we prepare a rain backup in advance — move indoors or reschedule the timing.
Accommodation
- You book accommodation yourself — we do not replace your contract with the owner. Our role is to coordinate and run the wedding on the villa you have already chosen.
Booking and cancellation
Send a link to your villa, ceremony date, and approximate guest count — we will check the venue and send a quote with payment stages.
Payment schedule
- After the date is confirmed you pay the Tropica Wedding package, catering, and chosen add-ons. Function fee and owner deposit are on your side, per rental terms.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation and reschedule terms depend on the villa and services already ordered. Before prepayment we will explain deductions and final change dates.
