Yacht wedding in Phuket — FAQ
Confirm your date and yacht size; we issue an invoice/e-agreement. Day-charter deposit: 50%. The outstanding balance is due 24 hours before departure unless agreed otherwise. Payment slip confirmation is required. (Terms per our operator’s booking policy.)
Cancellations must be sent by email/WhatsApp; the received date applies.
> 14 days before charter: €100 admin fee.
< 14 days: 50% of the full charter fee.
< 7 days: 100% of the full charter fee.
If the Thai meteorology department deems conditions unsafe, we postpone to an alternate date. If rescheduling is impossible (e.g., fixed flights with proof), a full refund is provided.
The captain has final discretion on route changes for safety. Itineraries may change based on weather/sea conditions or operational reasons. Guests must follow crew instructions; failure to comply may result in charter termination without refund. Insurance does not cover intoxicated passengers.
All floral decor is installed onboard: flower compositions on the bow, rail garlands, and table styling. We use marine-safe, wind-resistant fixtures. No beach arch is used.
Ceremonies onboard are symbolic (non-legal). For legal registration in Thailand, contact your embassy/consulate; we can advise on logistics.
Minor issues that don’t affect the overall experience don’t qualify for refunds. For significant issues affecting safety/enjoyment, the crew acts promptly to resolve them; if delivery of the booked or similar yacht is impossible at start, a pro-rata reimbursement of the charter fee applies.
We highly recommend travel insurance covering sailing, watersports, and cancellations. The operator is not liable for client negligence or unforeseeable losses not caused by the operator.
Unusual/unforeseeable events beyond control (e.g., war, strikes, transport issues, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, adverse weather). No compensation applies in such cases.
Photography is included per package; video/drone are add-ons. Drone flights are weather-permitting and follow marine safety rules near the yacht.
Inform the skipper or shore base during the trip for immediate action. If unresolved, send a signed written complaint within 14 days after the charter for review and possible reimbursement.
Capacity depends on yacht class (catamaran vs luxury yacht). Soft drinks/water are included; catering and alcohol can be added (BYO may incur corkage). Boarding from designated marinas/piers; private transfers available on request.
