We confirm your date and guest count, check availability of the beach and Wedding Terrace, and prepare a quote. After booking we agree on the décor, run-of-show, seating, and timing, and on the wedding day your coordinator oversees the venue setup and the whole programme at Tropical Oasis.

For dinner you can choose a set menu, buffet, BBQ Thai or seafood buffet, or a cocktail reception. Drinks are quoted separately by guest count and serving time. The detailed menu is confirmed once your date is set.

Important to know
01Time
Because of the heat, a comfortable ceremony time is before 09:30 in the morning or after 15:00, when the sun is gentler.
02Programme
The symbolic ceremony lasts about 30 minutes; afterwards you can move on to congratulations and a photoshoot.
03Registration
The ceremony is symbolic and confers no legal status. Legal marriage paperwork is processed in Bangkok via your embassy and takes about 3 business days.
04Evening events
Receptions run 18:30–22:00 and can be extended to midnight. Open-air venues close no later than midnight; a function room can be extended further.
05Music
Sound levels must not disturb other hotel guests. A rain backup plan and venue availability are confirmed for your specific date.

- 03Evening extension with a function room, staff, and an alcohol package is 10,000 THB per hour; the function room with staff but no alcohol is 20,000 THB per hour.
- 04A venue substitution within the resort is possible with advance notice, for example in case of bad weather.

On-site rooms and villas let the couple and guests stay throughout the celebration. Net rates include VAT, service charge, and daily breakfast. Group discounts and block bookings are available on request.

Once your date is confirmed, we agree on a payment schedule with the resort and send a detailed quote in reply to your enquiry.
